Enthusiasm was a major factor in Peter establishing Spranklin Legal. After being admitted to legal practice in 2006 and with experience dealing with investors and business owners within industries including management rights, motels and hotels; the timing seemed appropriate to continue that attribute after having completed ten years of practice, in a way that he considers best responds to the developing needs of clients.

The offering at Spranklin Legal is to meet the personal and commercial expectations of new and existing operators within the above sectors combined with servicing the general property law requirements of people throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

With almost thirty years of experience in legal practice including the last twenty being devoted to property and business transactions, Bernadette is an experienced paralegal who operates pragmatically with attention to detail. She has assisted clients involved in property (residential, rural and commercial) and business matters in addition to a variety of off-the-plan acquisitions and sales.

You will notice that Bernadette shares the same disposition as Peter when managing the requirements of your transaction and she looks forward to building a rapport with you right from the outset.
